At Day Pond State Park, open dawn to dusk. Best parking for this cache is near the northern end of the pond. A short hike on an unnamed trail leaving from the corner of the open space. Trail eventually dead-ends in cache area.
****Congrats to Jungle Janie for FTF!****Welcome to Day Pond State Park, one of my favorite places to visit in CT. This cache was placed for the CT 7000 celebration day in a quiet corner of the park. You are looking for a small lock and lock with a few goodies inside. Enjoy!
