An easy park and grab in memory of a beloved pooch...


Not winter friendly

Years ago we rescued a very lovable pitty who loved to play catch. Having a very small yard we were forced to take this pastime to other locations... So although this park is NOT FOR DOGS it was REALLY close... so we took the chance and played ball here regularly... I remember one of the first times we took him here, we had a bit of an incident once it was time to go home. I asked him "Ready to go home Sarge?" and without missing a step he took off for home... no leash no nothing! good thing no cars were coming cause he wasn't stopping for anything. To this day, this remains a cherished memory of him, a very intelligent loving dog.... and we miss him still!
