From here, you can enjoy the great view of Port Shelter, one of the best seaviews in Hong Kong.
Grab a book, get a cup of coffee and take a seat. The night view is astonishing.
The cache is placed in the observation deck, which is open to public.
Indeed most parts of the university is open to everyone, enjoy the view!
