Old Water Bridge Traditional Cache

An ammo can, a piece of the past and a nice level hike. That should do it for most geocachers.
Took the dogs on a walk along the old dry Tumalo Canal from the pond (parking WP). The road is blocked by a big tree at this point. After a mile or so down the dirt road I found this forgotten structure and the rock ridge. This was once a part of the failed Tumalo Reservoir system built about 100 years ago. There is a nice viewpoint about 100 feet east of the cache, next to one of the many horse trails that rope this area.
To get to the parking spot turn off the Tumalo Reservoir road at 44 08.290-121 23.730.
P.S. Dont forget the "Tumalo Canal Confuence" cache if you have not got it yet.
