A continuation of what will eventually comprise the new State Highway, Auckland to Hamilton. eventually this part will link with the current Ohinewai section, Bypassing Huntly, and continuing south to one day coming out south of Cambridge. But lets not get ahead of ourselves and concentrate on collecting caches where we can.
The photo shows the change to the landscape in the vicinity of the cache (cache is to the left of the photo). PLease note that you will have to choose your time well as there is a steady stream of vehicles and many a workman still in the area.
Please think carefully about access, Convienent parking is available further down the road, however please take extreme care.
Choose your time well as EYES may well be on you. Close by, there are likely to be muggles cycling and of the vehicular kind.
