To get to this cache, you hike up the Italianos Trail about 3.5 miles to a ridge. There's a sign pointing to Lobo peak one way and Gold Hill the other way. It's fairly steep and rocky in places, so good boots, lots of water, snacks, and a first aid kit are recommended!
The cache is a clear plastic food storage container. It has only a log.
