KVARNER Cache 78 - Stribor's Forrest Traditional Cache

Nikrmana: Unfortunately there's been some continuing issues with this cache and there is no reaction from the owner. Thus as there is no option to replace the cache, I am archiving it. I'm also archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, please contact Geo Sova or Nikrmana by send email from their profile, with a cache GC number included. Assuming cache meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Kvarner Caches is a series of hundreds excellent locations with hidden caches in Kvarner region - Croatian best kept secret :)

KVARNER Cache 78 is located at the top of Stribor's Forrest. it's an educational hiking trail located in Rijeka (Bivio). The trail is designed for schoolchildren, families, professional and recreational athletes... It is marked with red and white hiking signs and starts at the last bus station of city bus number 1 and 1A.
In "Stribor's Forrest" you can find grow laurel, juniper, broom, asparagus, ivy ...

Beautiful meadows in the oak forest, throughout the year are suitable for a longer stay,  play and education in the countryside.
The trail also leads to the old stone walls where are visible remains of artillery fort from the beginning of the last century.
From the top of "Stribor's Forrest" is viewpoint from which spreads amazing vieew to the entire Rijeka's bay, mount Učka, Cres, Krk, Velebit...
