Geocache Description:

The perfect place to view a storm

GZ, (or just south of it in fact), is in my opinion the perfect place to stand in a big South Westerly Storm. The rollers pile into the groyne that is just west of the pier and great plumes of spray are shot into the air raining back down on that bit of the pier between GZ and the land. The observer just south of GZ however can stay dry and marvel at the spectacle. It may all seem a bit unlikely on a calm day, but I have spent many a storm, right here watching the show.

Stealth, stealth and thrice stealth

Please take great care to replace it with stealth. You may need to be patient as muggle traffic can be constant here.

Please please take great care retrieving and replacing this cache. The outer pot is weighted down in place by a small weight on a wire that pokes down a hole that the cache does not fit down. leave the outer pot in place if possibe, just remove the inner pot to get at the log inside, sign the log and replace it without removing the outer cache pot from its hiding place. This should reduce the chance of it going for a swim.

Note that the cache is only available to find when the pier is open
