Geocache Description:

Cache is loacated at the Delaware Stamp Mill.  Built in 1859 it ran till limited production and water issues forced the need for a new plant. The new Delaware mill was located down by Lac La Belle, see the ruins just uphill from Haven park.

To access, park or drive down the dirt road by the sign to the old RR / ATV trail and you'll find the ruins right off the trail.

my standard peanut-butter jar.

Container is located at the base of the stampheads. The large foundation was needed to take the pounding of the stamps, which were bolted to it (see the large bolts coming out of the foundation). If you continue to move up through the woods, you'll find the base of the smokestack, with the metal flue still sticking out of it.
