Geocache Description:

This is a small cache placed in the middle of Calne. You can park really nearby.
It's very close to where I sat with my children and watched the 2013 Calne Duck race.
Warning: You're going to be in danger of getting wet if you slip.


Having moved to Calne only recently, I was intrigued to find out that they host an annual Charity Duck Race. I was slightly disappointed to find out that the race doesn't entail a flock of highly trained, thoroughbred racing Mallards, but in fact plastic ducks. However, it was entertaining enough all the same and I'll be supporting it next year for sure.

Oh yes. About the cache... You'll hopefully find that visiting the co-ordinates means that you're standing on a wooden bridge.
Well, if you look at the perspective in the picture, I didn't watch the duck race by standing on the bridge...
