Although the cache may look like it's along the shoreline, it IS NOT. It's on a large Willow tree branch overhanging the river and is NOT accessible from the private property along the nearby road to the west.
Neither can you walk along the shoreline to get to the GZ, there simply is none.
You will need water transportation to reach the cache once at the GZ, which is reachable from your watercraft.
