This cache can be found at Limerick Community Park (which is the location of the 1st letterbox we searched for as well as a cache that helped us become hooked!) The park includes an amazing playground, fields for various sports, picnic pavilions, and a fitness trail. The park is open from dawn to dusk. No night caching please.
The cache is in a medium sized, camouflaged food storage container. It is located a short distance off the fitness trail. (If you are caching with children, don't forget to leave time for the playground!) Leaping Lizards contains both geocaching swag and a letterbox stamp and ink pad. Please feel free to trade the geocaching items, but leave the stamper and ink pad for all to find.
We were first introduced to letterboxing through an interactive workshop, and then discovered the world of geocaching shortly thereafter. We are excited to tie together both through this hybrid. Please use stealth when searching... there are usually quite a few muggles around.
