Geocache Description:

The most beautiful bridge of recent years was built in Adazi over the most beautiful Latvian river, the Gauja, which connects the centre of Adazi with the second most populated village of the region, Kadaga. The bridge is a unique engineering solution both on a Latvian and European scale. Furthermore, it perfectly blends with the landscape. Construction of the bridge was performed by the Adazi Regional Council in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence. Its foundation-stone and an epistle to future generations were earthed in October 2004.
