Located in East Lansing's Abbott Park, this cache is well hidden in one of the swampier areas of the park.
The cache is a green .50 caliber ammo box containing a stamp and stamp pad, playing cards, chalk, flower seeds, erasers, and a log book and pencils. Also contained in the cache at placement is a travel bug for the first person who finds it to carry to another cache. The cache is in a fairly obscure location at the base of a fallen tree but trails should take you within fifty feet. Parking should be possible within a half mile of the cache at either the main Abbott Road entrance or at the Soccer Complex. The trails and the general area of the cache can get very muddy so bring boots or old shoes. Good luck!
