Still A Lucky Duck Pond Traditional Cache

There used to be a cache hidden here, and we had a fun time stopping for it.  When it was brought to my attention that now this town needed a smile within the city limits for those seeking out the The Washington State Cities & Towns Challenge, I gravitated once again to this spot.  It's magnetizing pull on the mind made it seem like a natural location.  Not surprisingly I enjoyed stopping here again, so I hope you do too.

Please take great care to place it back where you found it, as it snugs in firmly and quite nicely.  Trust your Geoinstinct, it's there but you'll have to reach for it.  One level down!
