This cache is situated in areally nice area with a fantastic view over the river to South liverpool, particularly the old garden festival site. It is a great place to watch ships sail up to the tranmere oil terminal or the Manchester ship canal.
The name is of interest to me as I was born in Dingle, in Liverpool which is virtually directly opposite this cache and which was also called shorefields. I never knew there was one on this side of the river but when I was young there might not have been.
Two shorefields for the price of one.
Take time to enjoy this location and the view.
