Geocache Description:

A easy cache placed near to Thurstaston Visitors Centre with views over to Wales


To coincide with a Beaver Scout Bar-b-que at Thurstaston, to introduce the young people to geocaching, Tic-tac, who is an Assistant Beaver Leader.

The cache is named after our Beaver Scout Leader, Rainbow, who has been beavering since 1985 and co-founded the 9th Birkenhead Beaver Colony in 1986 with Tic-tic

 

The container is turtle tub in a camo bag with several swop items and can be found along the footpath which eventually will take you down to the beach.  Take care of the near by cliff, especially with mini-cachers
