The White Tree of Gondor stood in the Court of the Fountain in Minas Tirith. The White Tree also appears as a motif upon Gondor's flag and throughout its heraldry combined with the seven stars of the House of Elendil and the crown of the King.
The Old sign has been replaced and I prefer the new.
A New Town sign and artwork surely deserves a cache. Should be a quick grab and Go, but its a pretty public place. The cache is small but room for small tradeables. Its not at the Tree (which has flowers and shrubs around the base) but near the sign. As GerIRL will testify, the tree is made from metal and can hurt.
