I am placing this series for my kids, the kidlets. Biggest, middlest and littlest respectively. One of their favorite movies is Homeward Bound, so I thought, why not chronicle my journey from work to home. In the movie, 3 pets who are seperated from the family tackle insurmountable odds to cross raging rivers, face dangerous animals and and avoid capture to be reunited with loved ones. I cross a couple creeks, sometimes have to swerve to avoid oppossums in the road and set my cruise control at 60mph to avoid a run in with the local constables. All to be reunited with my family every night. So yeah, there are a lot of similarities. Now, on to the caches!! This is a series of 19 caches over a 20 mile run. Some are traditional, there are a couple multis and a couple of unknowns. Along with varying container sizes. Enjoy the series and pay attention to the log books. There is something listed on them that you will need.
What's this, another multi?! Yep and it's an easy one. Once you arrive at the given coordinates, make sure you are parked out of the way and begin your search for the tag with the final coordinates. Once you locate them, it's a short walk to the final. Watch for traffic while walking this short stretch of road and keep ahold of little ones and pets if you have to cross. There is very little traffic on this road, but it's quite busy during harvest. The final is tucked away pretty safely, but the terrain is a little ruff, but hey, you're a Geocacher, you can handle it!!! Just watch your footing.
