We placed them going down the river in kayaks, but we've also tubed the river. You can access these on foot, at the deepest point the river is about waist high, but it can be rocky in spots, literal rocks. The route will take you from Ceresco Dam to Historic Bridge park. We used Sports Tracker and it took about 2 hours 20 minutes to place them and is about a 4 mile stretch to get them all.
