Geocache Description:

This is a two stage multi-cache in Charlotte's blossoming art district, in honor of the area's main claim to fame. Be sure to take the clues from the first three stages of the series, so you can use them to find the final.

The cache is located at N 35 13.XXX W 080 49.YYY. The posted coordinates should take you to a street sign. Take the block number for the street that starts with 'D' and subtract 149. That number is XXX. Take the block number for the street that starts with B and subtract 39. That number is YYY. The cache should be accessible at all times.
