Geocache Description:

The cache is located at S 32° 22.OTG E 116° 01.HTM

The key to the the coordinates can be obtained by completing the Serpentine Gnomes series ... or maybe you can work it out without the key.

There are two 'groups' of caches in the series that can be done from the Parking Waypoint:
1. GC4F7Z0, GC4F831, GC4F7YE, GC4E3XA
NB: After doing GC4E3XA, return via GC4F7YE to the Parking Waypoint

2. GC4FMRD, GC4FMQN, GC4FMRC, GC4F7ZF, GC4EA0N
NB: It is best to do this group in the listed order and retrace your steps back to the Parking Waypoint ... you are NOT advised to take a direct route between GC4E3XA and the Parking Waypoint (CO has done this, but not in tick season).

There are also some other accessible caches in this area.

The Gnome Hunters

This series pays tribute to cachers who have completed the Serpentine Gnomes series and celebrates some of the great logs written by said Gnome Hunters.

AmstradKid

AmstradKid wrote on Serpentine Gnomes 5: "... My legs had become like jelly as we had not stopped climbing to get to this cache. Very dark thoughts about the CO and a reminder not to give him any more hints ...".

Hmmm ... AmsrtradKid, your hints can be so cryptic that it is sometimes harder to work out the hint than it is to find the cache without the hint.

The Cache

This cache should be much easier to find than a typical Amstradkid hide, but there is a hint in case your GPSr is not playing the game. Unlike some of AmstradKid's hints, this one is intended to be helpful.

It's a bison tube.

Additional Hints (Decrypt)
