Geocache Description:

Welcome to The Goof Ball Cache

You have just entered the Goof Ball Zone. This Goof Ball only comes out at night so you just thought correctly by thinking this is a night cache. There is plenty of parking at the parking coords. This is a very easy hike through the Sumpter Forest area that is .5 miles. Once you get to the Goof Ball zone you will see a wide open area with a trail heading up to the Foothills Trail. This is where you will start your journey. Once night falls you will look away from the river up the hill. Just follow the markers that will be seen with your flashlight or headlamp that are at eye level. The markers are on the left and right so just stay between them. The trail will seem to end and from there you will be in the ZONE. Once you find that Goof Ball which has friends look for you know what :-) This Goof Ball is very clever and he likes to hide his caches then make people think. Trust me when I say this Goof Ball will be ROFL! at you once you find the cache.
