At GZ you will find yourself outside the entrance to the Mugga Quarry. The Quarry ceased operating in the 1930s due to the rock being too hard to crush! However, not before mining over 3 million tons of quartz porphyry!
To find this cache, there is no need to enter the quarry, or indeed, cross any fences to get here. It's a nice quiet spot here, but I expect not so in its hey day! In fact, the only noise I could hear today was frogs! 100's of them! Quite an interensting view into the quarry from here!
