Dieser Cache ist Teil einer 18-teiligen Serie mit Bonus, die anlässlich des KulturEvents GC46NCD "Alte Spuren - Neue Wege" am 27.07.2013 veröffentlicht wurde. Inhalt dieser Serie ist das Kunst- und Kulturprojekt Mühlviertler Kernland-Schaufenster der Leader-Region Mühlviertler Kernland. In 18 Gemeinden sind an einem Platz im Ortszentrum künstlerische Inszenierungen zu sehen, die alle paar Monate wechseln.

Hagenberg ist durch Geocaches schon fast vollständig abgedeckt. Zur Grabstätte der ehemaligen Besitzer des Schlosses hat aber bislang noch kein Cache geführt. Seit der ersten urkundlichen Erwähnung 1139 war Schloss Hagenberg im Besitz von Adelsfamilien. Unter den Grafen und Gräfinnen von Dürckheim Montmartin erlebte die Herrschaft Hagenberg ihre Blütezeit, in der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts aber auch ihren Niedergang. In der Wikipedia ist dazu zu finden: "Gräfin Maria Franziska Thürheim heiratete 1801 den Grafen Michael Max Althan[n]. Deren Tochter Franziska heiratete 1862 Major Friedrich Wilhelm von Dür[c]kheim-Montmartin, der das Schloss 1867 übernahm. Unter den Dür[c]kheims erhielt das Schloss sein heutiges Aussehen, der charakteristische Turm wurde 1892 auf dem ehemaligen Bergfried aufgesetzt, die Gruftkapelle 1900 abgebrochen. 1928 starb der letzte besitzende Graf Dür[c]kheim und der Verfall des Schlosses setzte ein." In dieser Zeit wurden alle in Hagenberg ansässigen Dürckheims auf dem Hagenberger Friedhof bestattet.

STAGE 2: Geht nun zu

Hier seht ihr im Hintergrund das Schloss Hagenberg. Dieses ist bereits Schauplatz verschiedener anderer Caches, bei Tag und bei Nacht. Schaut daher auf die Statue des Johannes von Nepomuk und notiert die Jahreszahl, die darunter steht, für CDEF.
STAGE 3: Geht nun auf den Friedhof - verhaltet euch bitte entsprechend - und findet die Grabstätte der Dürckheim Montmartins bei
N3 = 48° (B)(F/2).(F-E)(C)(D-C)
E3 = 014° (B+C)(F/E).(B-C-C)(A-C)(C).
Wie viele Grafen und Gräfinnen von Dürckheim Montmartin sind hier begraben (= GH)? Wie heißt die jüngste der angeführten Adeligen mit Vornamen? Legt diesen Namen nach A=1, B=2 etc. um und addiert die Zahlen für JK.
STAGE 4: Geht zum Cache, indem ihr den Zufahrtsweg bei
N4 = 48° (B)(H).(J+B)(D+G)(K-C)
E4 = 014° (B+C)(G).(A-E-F)(J-H)(K+G)
benutzt.
Der Cache liegt in typisch Mühlviertler Landschaft. Ihr findet ihn bei
NC = 48° (B)(H).(J+B)(K-F+H)(K+E-J)
EC = 014° (B+C)(H).(J-D)(A-E)(G+H).
Für die Erstfinder befindet sich ein Gutschein für einen Gratiseintritt in die Landesausstellung sowie eine FTF-Urkunde im Cache, die beide im Rahmen des Events am 27.7.2013 von 17:00-20:00 im Salzhof in Freistadt gegen eine Eintrittskarte sowie eine Event-Geocoin getauscht werden können.

Hagenberg: The Counts of Dürckheim Montmartin
This cache is part of a series of 18 cultural caches with a bonus cache. It was published in connection with the international event GC46NCD "Old Traces - New Paths" on July 27, 2013. All locations honor the local cultural project Window to the Mühlviertel Heartland displaying art at old market places in the region.
Hagenberg is already almost completely covered by caches. Up to now, however, no geocache ha led to the burial ground and memorial of the former owners of the castle. Since the first documented reference 1139 Hagenberg Castle was owned by noble families. During the reign of the counts and countesses of Dürckheim Montmartin Hagenberg had its heyday in the first half of the 20th Century but also its downfall. In Wikipedia one can read: "Countess Maria Franziska Thürheim married to Count Michael Max Althan[n] in 1801. Their daughter Franziska married Major Friedrich Wilhelm von Dür[c]kheim-Montmartin in 1862, who took over the castle in 1867. By the Dür[c]kheims the castle received its current appearance: the characteristic tower was placed in 1892 on the former donjon, the crypt chapel torn down in 1900. The last Graf Dür[c]kheim owning the castle died in 1928 and the decline of the castle began." During this time all Hagenberg Dürckheims were buried at the Hagenberg cemetery.

Here you can see Hagenberg Castle in the background. This castle is already the scene of several other caches, by day and by night. Therefore look at the statue of John of Nepomuk and take the year below the statue for CDEF.

How many counts and countesses of Dürckheim Montmartin are buried here (= GH)? What's the first name of the youngest noble listed here? Transcribe the name using A=1, B=2 etc. and add the numbers for JK.
