Q&E P&G (quick and easy park and grab) near my father-in-law's final resting place (Leslie "Skip" White). Please respect the area.
Cache was placed +/- 6m on Magellan Explorist GC.
Skip was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed being out and about. He would have really enjoyed geocaching had he lived to take part in the sport. TheRugger, his grandson, recommended that we honour him with a cache but wanted to have me place it so that he could take credit for the find!
Skip was also an avid gamesman, in as far as the Atlantic Lottery is a game. To that end there is an FTF prize in the form of a $1 "scratcher" (which turned out to be a WINNER!!), again, in Skip's honour.
Also buried here is TheRugger's Great Grandfather, Skip's Father-in-Law, Ian Campbell who valiantly served his country with the West NS Reg't.
The cache was physically (originally) put into place by two of Skip's Grandson's.
This cache is hidden near hallowed ground so please respect the area.
Congratulations to Skip's relations, smbcachers, for the FTF and the lottery win!
