Geocache Description:

This cache is not suitable as a drive by, it is a private road with public footpath access. This cache is disguised. You will need your own pencil. 

 

This cache is part of the third installment on our Bleasdale series of caches, a 1.5 mile addition. 

FYI one cache on this stretch (Woodside) may require waterproof boots, so be prepared!

We noticed that there was a permissive path that links existing public footpaths to form a circular route around Lower Fairsnape Farm and thought it would be nice for a few caches. The farm is an important habitat for nationally rare farmland birds such as Lapwings and Snipes. Please keep dogs on a lead to ensure you do not disturb these birds which nest in the surrounding fields in the spring.
