This cache is located in a high muggle area, extreme stealth is necessary. Parking is available all times but if you go during business hours you will likely have to pay to park. It is highly reccomended that you look for this one on evenings and weekends because there are a lot less muggles and no parking attendant, hence free parking.
The container you are looking for is a larger micro container but is not big enough for much more than the log. Please byop. Have fun!
