I say I think I might have caught him but I suspect some more gnome magic. Trouble is his gnome magic is always messing with coordinates when I am trying to find a cache. So, if you want to do this letterbox style here is how I caught him.
It seems D Gnome was stalking me as I was hiding a a letterbox on the Frisbee Golf course in Community Park Fairborn. That might be a good place to start. But since he found me on the 9th hole. You might want to look at parking at Wedgewood Park. The parking lot way point is there because the parking lot is a bit hard to find. Don't park on the street.
Find the path at the corner of the park.
For the letterbox I was hiding, I do have more detailed directions but you are a geocacher, use that electronic gizmo in your hand to figure out which path to take.
Find the Big 9.
About 120 degrees and around 9 large paces should put you about there.
He did not know I had a big cache container with me. SoI snached him up and stashed it all somewhere around there. I told him I would pick him up now and again when I need him for the team. So what ever he tells you, don't believe him! Just let him stay there. I will not forget him when I need him for the Hopping Hawk Beast Team. But I suspect knowing the gnome he just left some sort of decoy making me think he is still in there. Leave that also to make him feel like he has won.
This is a Fairborn Park so no nighttime finds. It is also a real letterbox hybrid with a stamp and an ink pad in the cache. PLEASE LEAVE THE LETTERBOX STUFF IN THE CACHE. please!!!!!!
