This is the first of a small number of caches to be placed around the perimeter of Newby Road Industrial Estate in Hazel Grove. Although well-used, the pathways around the estate are unlit, so cachers should take care if visiting at night.
This cache is located on a curious and quiet little pathway that must be the remains of an earlier road or footway across the railway line that runs alongside the estate. Although heavily overgrown along much of the sides, the gravel pathway remains clear and easy to walk in all weather.
You're looking for a small contact lens pot, but it's inside something else....
You'll need your own pencil, and please replace the cache so it's well hidden.
