Geocaching can be a little hard to explain to non-cachers. it isn't hard explain the game, the challenge is in the why. why do we do it? I'm sure we have all had that moment when you find yourself in a precarious or compromising position & said " Why am I doing this???"How do you explain climbing into a storm drain to sign your name on a piece of paper.
Well I like to think of it like catch & release fishing, the fun is in the hunt, after you find it you release it for the next person to enjoy. imagine how foolish it would be to take the cache home with you after finding it.
So after you find this cache just release it back into the wild for the next cacher to enjoy. you will need a tool to retrieve this cache but don't worry there are plenty in the area. please bring your own pen.
Cache is located in Chase Farm which is across the street from Lincoln Woods, parking is available.
Cache is located on trail, no bushwhacking required
