Welcome to another Blacklegend hide. I was out with Poynts95 and Sportacuss looking, not for caching spots, but for fishing spots along the canal here, being the Mulwala canal. Didn't find a great fishing spot, but we did find a pretty good spot for a cache hide.
Just on the edge of the Mulwala Canal here, there is a little reserve of bush. Thought it was a great spot for a cache, seeing there are not too many up this way. We actually caught a few Carp here, so the kids got to have a bit of fun, we were chasing Redfin, but to no avail. The canal track is public accss, and you can use this entrance to the track to access the other cache of mine nearby, "An Unknown Bridge"
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SNAKES IN THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WITH YOU. I HAVE LISTED THIS CACHE AS KID FRIENDLY, AS IT IS AN EASY BUSH SEARCH, JUST KEEP AN EYE ON THEM, AS I KNOW YOU WILL WITH THE WATER, ETC.
