Every Park needs a place to park and this park has several resting places for whatever your mode of transportation.
Your search will take you to a small Nags Head town park off the beaten path and on the edge of the 1,200-acre Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve.
Parking is available within inches of the small container. Or if you prefer, head for the other side of the parking lot which has a picnic table. You can park there and stroll over. Actually, if you are not careful how you park you can position your vehicle so close to the hiding place you may not be able to retrieve the cache container . . . unless you're on a bicycle or motorcycle.
