This hill is not called "Meditation Hill", but that is the hill's funciton for me. When I visit this location in Reykjavík it's usually to "reload my batteries" after a tough working day. The beautiful view, the silence and the lack of tourists makes this location to one of the best locations in Reykjavík.
This cache might be kinda tricky to find at first, but you're very welcome to read the hint which is a riddle.
In order to complete this cache and be able to log it you need to take a photo with the sea and the mountains in the background when standing/sitting in a meditative position.
