The history of this area is well documented and visitors can easily spend hours/days reading all about it in the numerous journals that have been written through the centuries. But Geocaching is all about getting out there and wandering around and learning something new or something you may have forgotten about. There are now two main entrances to this park, one is just opposite the Tynwald Hill by the main Douglas to Peel Road. The other is at this information board and will tell you a lot about the “Avenue of Time” and the area you are discovering, but not everything.
