I have called this cache "BETWEEN TWO SEAS" because here you are between the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea. This is a land shaped by the elements (which is ongoing....so be careful at the cache site!). If you like you can carry round the coast to Pukerua Bay. At the Hongoeka Bay start of the walk.....if the sea is calm, keep an eye open for Eagle Rays who dine amongst the kelp close to the shore.
