Geocache Description:

Its the Hi-Lo game.  Named after the local establishment.  Perfect on bicycle, wheelchair, moped, scooter, foot, stroller, skateboard, or yak. 

Cache is a small glass bottle with black lid.  You may have to do a little high low to find.  But don't get your petticoats in a fuss.
