Using the rear entrance, follow your GPS to ground zero. The counter (at the coordinates) has three different levels.

The puzzle is in getting to the log sheet. Look for the holes in the multi-sided pieces right next to the cap ends. Line up the revolving letters between those two holes with the correct word to open the puzzle and gain access to the log sheet.This container was built by 'pactractor', a caching friend in CA. I'm sure he would enjoy any comments you wish to make. Access to this building is listed below (excluding holidays):
