Geocache Description:

This cache immortalizes Lauren, the slightly younger half of the Spidermonkey9 team. It is another of my "of" series of caches hidden in and around the Mt. Crawford forest. It is located in a natural vegetation corridor between the pines.

Lauren must be Looney to follow her caching obsessed mum to places near and far! She recently followed a small group of us on a nine kilometre hike near Murray Bridge ................ and I thought ten year old girls were more into "girly" indoor things .......... but not her! As part of Spidermonkey9 she has just passed her 500th. find and her and her mom, Kim, have just hidden their first two caches. They must both be more than a bit looney as they are both micros!!! Lauren and Kim got into "our madness" after hearing a talk on Geocaching by MtnLioness for the Charles Sturt Council. Thanks MtnLioness (I think) for getting these two looneys hooked!!!! This cache really celebrates the crazy things we all do to grab a smiley!! When you log it you might like to mention some examples of your own looneyness!!! The cache is a good sized black painted systema container containing logbook, pencils, sharpener, stashnote and a dozen small swaps. There is also a FIRST TO FIND PRIZE for the first team to make the discovery. It is an easy 450m. walk to the GZ from the car park along a forest road with a short wander required into the scrub.
