There are two 'groups' of caches in the series that can be done from the Parking Waypoint:
1. GC4F7Z0, GC4F831, GC4F7YE, GC4E3XA
NB: After doing GC4E3XA, return via GC4F7YE to the Parking Waypoint
2. GC4FMRD, GC4FMQN, GC4FMRC, GC4F7ZF, GC4EA0N
NB: It is best to do this group in the listed order and retrace your steps back to the Parking Waypoint ... you are NOT advised to take a direct route between GC4E3XA and the Parking Waypoint (CO has done this, but not in tick season).
There are also some other accessible caches in this area.
The Gnome Hunters
This series pays tribute to cachers who have completed the Serpentine Gnomes series and celebrates some of the great logs written by said Gnome Hunters.
Skippy46
Skippy46 on Serpentine Gnomes 6: "OK...we got here by dragging, walking, sliding, falling, jumping and crawling BUT we got here.....now how the heck do we get out???? I shall tell you how, we dragged, crawled, climbed and climbed and climbed then pulled ourselves up with vegetation to help, then crawled some more. Oh and then climbed some more BUT, we made it out and are very very proud of ourselves for achieving this in one attempt.".
Awesome! You found the scenic route
.
The Cache
There might not be too much crawling required to get here ... it depends on what direction you're coming from. The cache is a 200ml Sistema hidden in the obvious place. Great views to be had from here.
