On Route 18 of the National Cycle Network, and part of Ashford's green corridor. Lots of space nearby for a run around or game of footie, plus there is a children's play area 2 minutes away.
For the more mature visitor, the green space down towards the river is worth a wander - loads of insect species, birds and fish, and you might even get to see a vole!
Parking is not great in this area, would suggest if you are driving to park at the shops (N 51.15813, E 0.89121) and follow the footpath along.
