Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden on a public footpath with beautiful views of North Hill, the Old town of Minehead (Higher Town) and Blue Anchor Bay, the Bristol Channel.  Minehead has a strong connection for the Markyate Gang, there is so much to do around here, including Exmoor, without going anywhere near that white roofed blot on the landscape.

My recommendation would be for you to 'find' this cache whilst enjoying a long walk in the countryside nearby rather than park and cache.  If you must park nearby do so at the recommended unristricted on-road parking location.  If arriving on foot from Hill Road, look for the public footpath and you'll find yourself walking down the hill.  If you walk from the suggested parking location your first challenge may be looking for the Public Footpath sign.  It is there, but you may feel you're entering private property.  The path does run through here!!.  Go through the gate and climb the hill.

This area is beautiful and has been on my radar to hide a cache for a while.  The old town, built on North Hill has witnessed many changes and modern additions to the new town below.

You're looking for a small tupperware container placed within a camo bag.
