Once at posted coordinated, go inside. It's always open. Enter through the front door. Once inside turn to your left and you will come to a wall of boxes on your left with numbers on them. The starting point to obtain the final coordinates is the first set of brown boxes you come to on your left.
You will count boxes from left to right and you will count around corners.
Final coordinates are

W 088 47.???
For north start at top row and count 72 boxes. Take that box# and subtract 2126
For west start on 5th row and count 175 boxes. Take that box# and subract 1481
