The Federation of Switzerland is divided into 26 Cantons which are roughly equivalent to states in the U.S. This puzzle will take a little bit of research about the Cantons of Switzerland.

For this puzzle you need to figure out the first letter of the Capitals of several of the Cantons with the standard A=1, B=2; if the letter results in a 2-digit number only use the second digit.
