Magneto is the Super Villain leader of the evil mutant community and enemy to The X Men. This is a very high muggle area during most every time of the year as it is in the vicinity of a school, a church, and a performing arts centre. Many a sports practice or game are held here very regularily. Maybe a good idea around dusk or early morning to dodge the muggle traffic.
