Geocache Description:

A nice easy to find location in the peaceful suburb of Springthorpe.

When I was born I was the first grandchild.  My Grandmother called me her Treasure.  I couldn't say treasure - it came out Gresha.  This became my Grandmother's nickname until she passed away 16 years later.

My daughter is my Treasure and in memory of the great grandmother she never met, her middle name is Gresha.  When my Treasure was only a few months old, her and I would go walking every fine spring/summer afternoon around Canberra.  I would plan our walks around the nearby caches and collected quite a number together.  She is now three years old and is very excited when we go out looking for treasures finding endless fascination in the swaps and trinkets hidden in these treasures.

This is our first hidden treasure.  We hope you like it and leave plenty of interesting swaps.

The container is a 400ml Sistema which when hidden contained;

  • Logbook and pencil
  • Pencil sharpener
  • Dungeon and Dragons Dice Pendant
  • Torch
  • Green Glass Owl (Raul the Owl)
  • Water Bottle Lanyard
  • 2 Geocaching Buttons
  • Smiley Face Bag Tag
  • Pink Treasure Stone
