Geocache Description:

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal."

I never took much notice to this park, but in the summer there is a nice breeze blowing off the river and it is across from my favorite crabbing spot. You need to bring your own pen as container too small to hold one, but can hold tiny treasures.  Good luck for FTF
