This cache is located within sight of a State Highway salt dome. This, of course is a storage facility for the salt which is used on Maryland highways in the winter.
Sometimes you just need a quick, easy, park and grab. There are some other caches in nearby Rocky Gap State Park that require some hiking and are a little more difficult if that's your thing, but this is an easy one that even a first timer can enjoy.
