The Faeries have set up home in a glade on our property and if you wish to visit them with respect, they would be willing to share some of their treasure with you. You can park within 15ft of their treasure so please be careful when treading around their delicate homes.
Faeries (or Fairies) are magical creatures of legend in many cultures around the world. Some legends say they are mischievous whimsical creatures while others indicate more cynical motives for their secretive ways.
Other legends talk of their kindness, benevolence, and good spirited nature.
I believe it is the later type that inhabits the Faerie Glade and mound near our home.
Watch your step and please don't touch their homes as they can be rather fragile.
Please approach with care and please secure their treasure box completely (on both ends) so as to preserve this exchange of gifts for future visitors.
They have asked that if you take a gift from their treasure box, that you leave something for them in return.
You may also want to stop back from time to time for a visit as I suspect their little village will be growing over time.
