"Carnival of Sorts" is a song from R.E.M.'s Chronic Town EP.  The title seemed appropriate for this location.  While you are at the fence, look over/through it at the remains and spare parts for an amusement park.

Whatever you are looking for contains a logsheet and nothing more.  Parking is available extremely close to the cache.
